Project Management
Harji initiates every project by designing safety and quality into the installation and maintains a strong monitoring system during the fabrication, construction and commissioning phase.
We have pool of permanent staff field supervisors available to be assigned to the multi-disciplinary Construction Management Team required to direct the efforts of the selected construction sub-contractors, who are responsible for providing supervised manpower, temporary facilities and construction equipment. In addition to this, the project management forms a vital part of every programme wherein the Project Manager assumes complete responsibility.
Fabrication & Construction
We fabricate structural steel sections, pressure vessels, tanks, piping and assemblies along with equipment like heavy valves pumps etc...
With a wealth of experience in constructing complex facilities all over India, we often work in remote sites which impose all kind of logistical and political challenges in movement of skilled labor, equipment and material necessary to complete the project in scheduled time.
